Refund & Return Policy

BODi Louisville Medical Spa is committed to providing professional aesthetic and wellness services at our physical spa locations. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase through bodilouisville.com or shop.bodilouisville.com.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made for services, treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, promotional offers, and retail products are final sale and non-refundable.

Because appointment times, professional resources, and products are reserved specifically for each client, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Missed appointments

  • No-shows

  • Late cancellations

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

  • Unused portions of service packages

  • Retail product purchases

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Services Performed In-Clinic Only

All treatments and services purchased through our website or shopping subdomain are:

  • Performed exclusively at our licensed spa locations

  • Not delivered remotely

  • Not available for home service

  • Not shipped or couriered

Services must be scheduled and redeemed at one of our BODi Louisville Medical Spa locations.

Retail Products – In-Store Pickup Only

BODi Louisville Medical Spa does not offer shipping or delivery of retail products.

All product purchases made through shop.bodilouisville.com:

  • Must be picked up in person at one of our spa locations

  • Require valid identification and proof of purchase

  • Are final sale and non-refundable

  • Have no cash value

We are not responsible for products not collected within a reasonable time frame.

Rescheduling Policy (Services Only)

While refunds are not provided, appointments may be rescheduled under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling must be completed by calling the spa location directly during business hours.

  • Online rescheduling may not be available for certain treatments.

Failure to provide at least 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment and payment.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit the full service fee.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit payment at management’s discretion.

Prepaid Packages & Promotional Offers 

  • All prepaid services and promotional purchases are non-refundable.
  • Packages may be transferable at management’s discretion only.
  • Expiration dates, when applicable, will be stated at time of purchase.
  • Unused services have no cash value.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We maintain detailed transaction records, appointment confirmations, and service documentation to respond to payment disputes.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

  • Collection of unpaid balances
