Botulinum toxin A is marketed under the brand names Botox (marketed by Allergan), Dysport (marketed by Galderma), and Xeomin (marketed by Merz Pharma). Botox relaxes and softens overactive facial muscles that cause wrinkles and lines to form in between your brow, the sides of your eyes (crow’s feet) and on your forehead. Botox will not freeze your face in place, and you will still be able to express the full range of emotions-frowning, smiling, and looking surprised.
Botox is injected with a fine needle into specific muscles.
You should stop taking aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications two weeks before treatment to reduce bruising. Bruising is the most common side effect. Headaches, which end in 24-48hrs, can happen, but are rare. Botox can be moved around, so do not rub the treated area for 12 hrs after injection or lie down for 3-4 hrs.
The effects from Botox will last three to four months and as muscle function gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again.
When will I see a difference?
moderate to severe frown lines.
How long will it last?
Is there any downtime?

often called a lunchtime procedure. You’ll be able to go about
